On the first visit, we will take a history, do an exam, evaluate what your goals are for care, and make any recommendations for you moving forward. Depending on the appointment, we may adjust, x-ray and/or go over any past labs from the past 2 years  that you bring in.

After scheduling your appointment, we will email over a Health Intake Form for you to fill out. This allows us to be  efficient with our time together.
