On the first visit, we will go over your health history, perform a biostructural examination, evaluate your goals for care, and make any necessary recommendations for you moving forward.
FIRST VISIT
After scheduling your appointment, please take a moment to fill out the online Health Intake Form, which can be found by clicking "The Paperwork" button above. A paper copy may be filled out in-office if needed.

GETTING STARTED WITH CHIROPRACTIC
According to MN state law, injuries sustained from car collisions are covered 100% by automobile insurance.

If you have an open workman's compensation case, please call with details of your specific situation for us to best serve you.
WORK Injury
We are in-network with Health Partners, Cigna, UCare, Blue Cross, Medicare, and Medical Assistance plans. Benefits depend on your individual plan.
Health Insurance
We have great competitive prices and various plan options to make care affordable for everyone. We do also accept HSA/FSA funding.

The initial visit will consist of a comprehensive history and examination to determine care recommendations. Please bring in any relevant labs from the previous 2 years.
